TD Beach trip

Postby webbaldo » Tue Jul 02, 2013 9:42 am

How do guys, went on a Teardrop roadtrip to Bamburgh (about 60miles from us) over the weekend.

We've found the TD is handy as a day-van as well. We took our 8yr old dog Percy to the beach as we don't think he's ever been before (we got him aged 6 as a rescue) and he seemed to enjoy it. Teardrop came in handy as well when cooking lunch and for coffee.

Thanks for sharing with us, love to see where other camp.
We just got back (couple of hours ago) from a beach camping on the north shore of Lake Superior.

We took our TD up the Oregon coast last October and let the dogs run on the beach. My dog, Mollie, who's now about 8 years old (a rescue dog too) was never happier. She ran and romped herself into exhaustion. It was beautiful to watch...

Webbaldo,

Love that rig. Magic pictures of Bamburgh.
We day trip with out Tear on behind, all set up to stay overnight if we want.
Percy looks as though he is enjoying the beach as most good dogs do.
Our two mutts are spoiled as we live close to the beach. They get their fair share of seaweed and sand.
Keep the pictures coming. Nothing from us for a couple of months or more, 'tis winter so we stay put, so we shall rely on you and others for the pictures.
Great rig !

Take it easy.

So far its been ok, I think larger food storage could be an issue but the fridge and coolbox can hold 2-3days worth. Enough for us

thankyou very much!, love your blog by the way!

We are quite lucky to be next to Northumberland (North England). it used to be an old big kingdom and hence these 4 castles are within 10miles of each other
