Latest dumb question....

I'm still not sure if I'm building from scratch or rebuilding, but I finally got a decent amount of money put into savings and at this point, it's down to whether or not I end up finding a canned ham cheaply.

So, today's dumb never-built-anything-with-wheels question is, are all these 'tilt trailers' on Craigslist something to look at? They LOOK just like the HF and NT trailers, just with the tailgate end set on the ground.

My tear was built on the HF tilt frame. If you remove two pins the trailer will tilt so if you're using as a utility trailer you could drive a tractor, or quad onto it. I plan on having the pin area welded at some point. I don't think it's necessary, but it might make it rattle just a little less.
