If you scrounge up used rims and tires, network a bit and find someone who can cut and weld, shop around a bit for good prices, you can build a better frame, with a better axle, and have brakes for not much more than this frame costs.
If you scrounge harder you could probably do it for less. Look on
www.craiglook.com there are several old travel trailers in your area that could be recycled into a teardrop frame.
Ask yourself what your trailer is gonna weigh when loaded for the road. What are you towing it with and should you have brakes.

If you plan on beefing up the trailer, as others have suggested/found necessary, I think the advantages of using the advertised trailer pretty much disappear. With a good saw and mig machine a good frame takes a day to lay out and weld up.
Look at all the issues and then decide what is the "best" approach and trailer for YOU.
