So with all that said lets talk about what I hope to achieve. I purchased an old camper frame and it was delivered today. The trailer if I had to guess it's probably an early 80's model. It's in decent shape its got some bumps bruises and surface rust but nothing that can't be beat out or brushed/sanded a good coat of paint will be required.I plan to build a foamie hybrid, I need to keep the weight as low as possible. This may not wined up being a camper but a tiny foamie home, how's that for a crazy idea?
I will be towing the trailer with my beloved 1992 Mazda B2600i 4x4 which is similar to a Ford Ranger only it's sturdier. Due to how old my truck is I don't want to add unneeded stress to the engine or the frame. The truck is original with the exception of normal wear and tare parts and it only has around 155,000 miles on it, not bad for the age.
I realize that the frame is Huge for a tiny or a foamie.
