Yuk, yuk. I hear ya Cliff, hardly slept when I was building that hot rod. Get up at 4 or so, work till time to go to work, get home, change, work till midnight or 1, hit the sack, start it all over again, work non-stop through the weekends, but got her done. that doesn't happen anymore with much of anything. Age has brought some degree of patience, but I still get up at 5 every day.

Just did some glass work, building a front compartment for my old speedboat, glass isn't setting up too quick in the shade. I like to wait till it's almost set, then trim edges with a razor blade.

Wife got up this a.m. and perused plans I ran off at the office yesterday. She's into it, which is a GOOD thing!

Got the day off, plenty to do. Love doing fiberglass stuff!

Enjoy yer day,

Frank

Hey Paul!

Just finished a bunch of fiberglass work, building a front compartment for the boat. Measure 3 times, work quick!

Yes, we love out boat, took 4 years because of health problem interrupting work. Came out good. Two '63 Merc1000's combined to make one good one. Been running the heck out of it this summer, and will be out on the Hudson later today soon as I get back from NAPA, West Marine, and Tractor Supply.

Found 1/4, 1/2 and 3/4 fir AC plywood in 4X10 locally. 35, 45 and 55 bucks. That will work! Same place I buy my mahogany marine plywood - CT Plywood. Good folks.

Hot rod is great. Can't see from the pics, but it's a 406 sbc, jag IRS and a 1/2 keg for a gas tank. Too fast.

Enjoy yer day!
