seriously u guys r horrible and should be ashamed of yourselves for drawing others into this place of torment, ive been lurkin here for about 1 1/2 yrs now and my brain is about to explode :?
seriously though i feel i know most of you regulars and have never even posted till now, my name is david and im a tear-A-holic, ok they say admitting it is step one, now what  ive got a stack of papers 6" thick of ideas and profiles and still cant figure out what i want , thats where u guys come in.........shame shame shame
Oh yea im married and have a 14 yr old daughter that is patiently waiting for OURS to be built,it will be hers when she gets married , i dont have a gazzillion dollers to leave her but i can build stuff, so thats y i wanna make it rite, ive got a trailer from a '67 playmore and am lookin at a 12'x6' teardrop or standy , thats where my war within starts both have their purpose and either would work , sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo what would u guys suggest? my tow rig is a jeep jk and would be taken mostly to lake or river both within 10 miles of house so not too worried bout the drag a standy w cause but i love the thought of a teardrop ,oh ive got rope and chair ready so pleeeeease help :(

David:

You may want to look at the schedule for your part of the country and try to make a stop at a gathering and see these things first hand. Both gatherings I've been to, people stopped in, even if just for the day to get the tours.

It's hard to imagine, without seeing with your own eyes.

What part of the country are you in? That way the local teardrop owners can REALLY torment you. Drive by your house, talk you into going to local gatherings. That sort of thing. You'll love it.

David !!!! Good news !!! There are some from this forum camping at Natural Falls, OK near Siloam Springs ( north of Ft Smith, AR) at the end of April ! I won't be there, but pretty sure at least one true teardrop and some TT's will be there. They will certainly be welcome to you coming by or camping there to see them.

You'll love this group ... the South Central and/or the KAMO folks ...

Welcome!
