CliffinGA wrote:Welcome Coop to the forum from a neighbor down in GA! I enjoyed your introduction and the insight as to why your doing what your doing to your new cargo trailer. My better half is in the same boat as yours towards camping in the past but loves the small tear we have and the new one I'm in the process of building. If you like camping with a great group of people then you'll find them here and on the Tearjerkers site. Tennesse chapter of Tearjerkers is a great group of people to camp with and alot of them are also riders. Well welcome again to the madness and I hope you find all the ideas and any help you may need from the forum!

It should be a good year for leaf peeping. We have had lots of rain and pretty much a mild summer. When it turns to real fall weather if we get some real good cold snaps the colors should be fantastic.
A good camping area that is close to things but overlooked is the Look Rock Campground. Part of national park system i think it is like 14 bucks a night.
