The WFCO or PD4045 (Progressive Dynamics) give you the safety factor as well as the battery charger and 12 volt power supply. When you are at home, leave it plugged in and you will always have it juiced up, hook up to city water and always have pressure. When the Mother-in-Law comes to visit, well you have a place go..

I am old school and like the simpler the better for the most part I boon dock with a Honda 2000 so I built around 15 amps so I bought a contractors plug
this is not what I have mine was about 60.00 with 8 plugs and has a 15ft cord so I was able to run it through the floor and the plug is attached on the trailer frame front and it has never tripped off.
I have a photo in my photo section

I bought the nice 12 volt dimmable light but they have all burned out bulbs, now I have found that the best thing to use are the battery powered puck lights you can buy at lowes some have magnets but they are not very strong so I went on ebay and found some really strong magnets that I glued on so they work great and can also be used like a flash light, you can place them around the trailer inside or out best part no wires to deal with.
