I am old school and like the simpler the better for the most part I boon dock with a Honda 2000 so I built around 15 amps so I bought a contractors plug
this is not what I have mine was about 60.00 with 8 plugs and has a 15ft cord so I was able to run it through the floor and the plug is attached on the trailer frame front and it has never tripped off.

http://www.lowes.com/pd_145271-33536-C664502001___?productId=1135915&pl=1&Ntt=contractors+power+stripI bought the nice 12 volt dimmable light but they have all burned out bulbs, now I have found that the best thing to use are the battery powered puck lights you can buy at lowes some have magnets but they are not very strong so I went on ebay and found some really strong magnets that I glued on so they work great and can also be used like a flash light, you can place them around the trailer inside or out best part no wires to deal with.
