If reasonably sized just means it WILL fit in the garage then My 24' footer has room to spare. :R

Scott,

I've been kicking around the idea of a CT conversion for my next build but would like to see a few CTs up close and personal before I decide which one to get if I go this route. Did you purchase your CT from one of those trailer dealers near Terrell? If so, could you comment on your experience please?

Thank you,
Tom

Tom,

I purchased my trailer from 380 trailers in Princeton. It's about 5 miles east of McKinney on US380. I was very pleased with the purchase experience. They had several on the lot to look at and they were close to what I was looking for but not quite there. They said that they could order one for me and it would take 4 to 5 weeks to build. They have about a dozen colors to choose from at no extra charge. I would highly recommend having them install the windows. They charged me $100 each to install 15"x30" windows. I looked at the same window in Ebay and it was $75 plus shipping. I don't have any welding equipment or skill, and even if I did it wouldn't be cost effective. I have the interior plywood off while I'm installing insulation and wiring and it looks like they did a good job of framing it in. I priced out what I wanted while I was there, but did not purchase it then. I did a little more research and called them back a week later and placed the order over the phone. It took a 30% deposit which I also did over the phone with a credit card. It was ready about 5 weeks later. Their website is http://www.380trailers.com/. Here's the manufacturer's website, http://www.continentalcargotrailer.com/default.asp?page=models&unit=tailwind&choice=home. This is the page for the Tradewind model which is what I bought. I'm pretty sure mine was made at a plant in Waco.
Here is a picture of the window framing;

Thanks for looking,
Scott
