Heck, I pull into the state park river access, set up next to the river on the edge of the walkway, camp there all week, use the flush toilets and running water, and often fly fish within sight of my trailer! Free. And that's the truth

Might as well put in this unit it is feather lite hollow inside.

Well I am in of course!

I yanked a panel off inside and the wall is made of U shaped channels and it will be impossible to insulate completely with sheets of the hard foam it seems to me?
The construction is pretty impressive but also complicates things a little with trying to get it insulated enough to control condensation when needed.

So it looks like I will be getting estimates for spraying foam after I decide what I want to do for windows.
I also didn't realize that the exterior walls were Screw-less mostly and this makes me lean even more towards narrow windows like you have installed as I don't want to create any issues trying to cut studs and install new framing for bigger windows?

On the insulation issue. I had found some synthetic wool door, storm door insulation tape that I used on all the uprights (U-shaped, aluminum studs) prior to insulating and paneling with birch ply. That isolated (somewhat) the condensation problem where there was no foam insulation. Only the rivets now get condensation. They're aluminum into aluminum so there's no rust. In lieu of hard-to-find, synthetic wool weather stripping, I'd use "camper tape." (That's the stuff that you put on the bed rails of a pickup truck prior to mounting a canopy.) Maybe two layers. That synthetic wool, storm door, insulation tape was a perfect fit and had just the right density to not compress much. And P.S. Consider doing the under side also. It beats having to use layers of carpet on the inside during the cold season.

The problem is with the U chanel but I am thinking the foam sheets will slide under one side in each space but not the other?
I wonder if I can't just apply spray foam inside the channel on one side where the foam sheet won't go and then snap the panels into the other sides channel where it should slide and get what I need that way?
I also used that Rubber Spray paint in my steel CT to isolate the steel studs somewhat from the backside ad I could sure do the same behind foam panels to isolate the Aluminum skin from the panels some.

I wonder if I might be making too big a deal out of this too but this is the sort of problem that only really pops up at extreme temperature swings too and is pretty annoying when it does.

Also you are right,thioe resin soaked OSB panels they use are crazy heavy but also crazy tough and I am not sure yet if I want to give that up for the weight,I do plan on using the trailer to haul stuff when needed.
