Thanks. I have since rerouted them through the stress clamps to the right of that hole.

Hi guys,

I have all the AC hooked up I believe, except ground. That is where I'm a little unclear. Do I need to run a ground from the ground bar in the PD4045 to the frame of the trailer?

I also started running DC til I ran out of wire. The DC will run to a separate ground bar which I purchased, which then connects to the battery negative, right?

Yes, a/c ground from the grounding buss bar to the frame. d/c ground to the battery negative.

Perfect, thanks! I may be able to test it today if I can find a power cord.

-Got the wiring mostly done. I just need to run a ground for the AC power. I'm also waiting on my twist lock power cable to show up.
-Sealed up the holes in my battery box
-Used shims to make the lower cabinet flush against the wall, and screwed it to the wall, so the countertop will then be flush against it.
-Installed my Pit Bull trailer restraint. For those who don't know what that is, it's a strapless motorcycle hold-down system. It's pretty much the best thing ever. I've had it for 2 years and I will never use straps again.

Guess what guys...I HAVE POWER! WOOOO!!!! And it all worked on the first try too! I didn't have to do anything except plug it in. I tested all the outlets. Also, my DC is working too! I have the lights working and the water pump.
I installed a rocker switch to turn off the water pump. I also sealed the battery box and vented it to the outside.

I feel like a big weight has been lifted off my chest. I was dreading something not working, but I guess months of research on this site really helped!

Charging at 14.39! Perfect!

The wires and the whole inside will be tidied up.

Here is a pic of the strip leds. It isn't as bright as I thought, but it's really simple to add more. I'm going to add 2 more strips to the right and left of this one.

I also got the countertop cut today and test fit it. I haven't screwed it in yet so I can easily work on the plumbing.

Menards plumbing section. They are plastic PEX fittings. 1/2" thread to 1/2" tube. Here's a pic, the one in the middle.

Thanks! I wish they had a menards in VA. I'm originally from Ohio and I know menards always has better deals and prices then lowes or homedepot.

Got the sink in today and finished up the plumbing! I went with the straight pvc pipe into the tank because it would have been very hard to find a flexible water drain solution. The cabinet is going to get a nice thorough vacuuming tomorrow.

I do see one issue with your battery vent. Sulfuric acid fumes are heavier than air so your vent should be at the bottom of the battery box and vent down.

No he's got it right. You're trying to vent the explosive hydrogen gas, which is lighter than air.

You could also use this inline valve for your sink.
