Insulating and condensation?

I have a 36' all aluminum trailer that I'm converting to a toy hauler and it's going to have a propane heater and two rooftop AC units. I want to make sure when using the heater and AC that I don't have a condensation problem. With everything being metal, do I use wood 1x2 and screw them into the existing metal with self tapping screws or do I glue the 1x2 to the metal framing? The entire trailer will have wood paneling on the walls and the ceiling will have wood 4x8 sheets. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks!

Btw, everything will be vented. As long as it's insulated and vented do I need to worry about condensation?

Yes, condensation will definitely be an an issue. Bases on what you've described, you have haven't provided for any real insulation between exterior skin and the wood, nor do you have a vapor barrier between the interior which is prone to moisture and the metal skin.

Most on this forum have installed a layer of insulation between the wood walls and the metal skin. Some use sheets of rigid foam. Other have had insulation sprayed in.

You can create a vapor barrier in various ways. I used aluminum HVAC tape on the seams of my rigid insulation.

As for your question of how to secure the wood to the skin...I used screws but I'm sure there are many ways to do it.

What kind of propane heater? Is it vented? If not then, yes, you will have condensation. Propane gives off water when it is burned. Buddy heaters etc produce a ton of moisture that has to be vented out.
