Yes, condensation will definitely be an an issue. Bases on what you've described, you have haven't provided for any real insulation between exterior skin and the wood, nor do you have a vapor barrier between the interior which is prone to moisture and the metal skin.
Most on this forum have installed a layer of insulation between the wood walls and the metal skin. Some use sheets of rigid foam. Other have had insulation sprayed in.
You can create a vapor barrier in various ways. I used aluminum HVAC tape on the seams of my rigid insulation.
As for your question of how to secure the wood to the skin...I used screws but I'm sure there are many ways to do it.
