The original knob made it too tall to fit in our oven, but I made a new one from some aluminum and it fits perfectly now. On our second trip out we baked a 3.5-pound whole chicken over a bed of onions, potatoes, and carrots that fed five people. Love it!

Mary recently purchased a Utopia Kitchen 3.2 quart Dutch oven from Amazon for $34.99.
The original knob made it too tall to fit in our oven, but I made a new one from some aluminum and it fits perfectly now. On our second trip out we baked a 3.5-pound whole chicken over a bed of onions, potatoes, and carrots that fed five people. Love it!

UPDATE: The Finish is Chipping

The finish on our Utopia 3.2 quart dutch oven is starting to chip around the handle. We're on the search for a Lodge that might fit in our oven with some modification such as cutting off the handle of their 5-quart model. Oh well...
