On the Coleman...if it has a cast iron burner assy. with large Coleman letters cast into it and no stamped numbers on the front of the case, I'd bet it's a 417B 1940-43. Looks identical to mine, leg stops, tank etc.... Is there any remains of a decal under the handle? 417's had a decal on the case, but I don't think they had one on the inside of the lid. There are so many variations on this stuff, in terms of legs tanks etc....that I could be mistaken however. It's not uncommon to find Frankenlanterns or Frankenstoves, made up of pieces of other stoves since so many of the parts are interchangeable. Next guess would be a 425 1948 based on size and fuel tank ends but the leg stops aren't like the early ones. Nice stoves...and a great find! Doug
