 I am I am. This weekend I will be tackling the hatch and doing more trim work. I also picked up the side splashes to hide the shortness of the ctop, who knew the walls were off a 1/2" in the back . Then I may tackle making some simple doors for the interior and the bottom of the gqalley. Its on hold money wise not work wise . With the cooler weather here should be able to get a lot done! Thanks all Kirk, Larry and Mrs. Sharon!

Ok proud of getting the hatch done and more comfortable using a router, helped to get the edge of the 2 outside edge pieces equal. I had it made but it was inding in several places so took back apart and cut the spars down and trimmed the outside pieces some. I them put it back together and played with it some and it now lifts quite easy and is very lite. My wife tried it several times and loved it. Tomorrow I plan on adjusting it more and running pieces between spars, Well here it is:

Hey Cliff

Looking great man! Gotta love those routers.
Hey I was wondering Cliff, since you named your tear the black hole, are you gonna paint it black? A real shiny black might look cool. :D

Hey cliff,
Glad to see you are atleast able to get something done. I know it's frustrating to have to put a project on hold.
It's coming along really great, you'll be done before you know it.
Til later, See ya
Jeremy

Thanks guys,

Larry Black will be on the scheme on the trailer as my 2 favorite teams are both red & black, UGA & TTU.

Jeremy even though the money is dried up for a bit, I have enough stuff to do that I can keep busy on other stuff. Thats one of the good things about buying your parts ahead of time. Next tear I will purchase all of it before I start!

Thanks,

Cliff (& Sheri)

I like the open, airy feel of that hatch... ;)

Truth is; I like to see others work, and yours is nicely done, Cliff.

Caught up this morning. Sorry to read about the pup. Glad to see you Soldiering ahead!

Whatever you choose, it will be fun to watch and share in. Wish I were more inclined toward pictures, taking them I mean. you do well with a camera.

Hi Cliff. The hatch looks great. You're doing a great job. I can't wait to see it live and in person. :shake hands: I wish I were doing my hatch, but that is a ways off.
All the best,
Bob (& Reggie)

Hello Cliff,

Somehow I missed this post. What a milestone! Bob said it perfectly. Great job on the hatch.

Billy, Bob (BillyBobs was a place I fondly got ran out of a longtime ago 8) ), Tom, Sharon, Grant and Kirk, your comments mean alot. Still have some tweeking to do on it but it lifts and goes back in the same spot 4 out of 5 times , and its lite enough the wife is happy what more can I ask for? Enclosing will be a while as I don't do electrical and my friend will get around to it when he can. Hopefully can do more stuff this weekend and get a lil closer.
