Interesting approach to hinges. How did things line up for the doors?
Did it take a lot of adjustment? Are they tight and strong enough as is
or do you need to fillet and glass more support?

That's a beautiful looking trailer.

Couple questions for some thoughts of my own:
- what are the general dimensions of the galley?
- could this be constructed without cutting the galley opening?

I ask this because we're looking for designs to fit my wife, my daughter, and myself. If we could make the galley a bunk area for her - with a passthrough to the main sleeping area of course - this could be added to our short list of considerations.

I have a feeling the trailer would be overall a bit too small for the three of us, but it could be an interesting idea if it worked.

The galley is roughly 60 inches wide. Yes it could be built without cutting the galley hatch. Yes, a pass through could be cut in the bulkhead between the cabin and galley. I still may do this because of limited storage in the cabin.

Also, what thickness is the plywood that is used for the shell?

I can't speak for CLC addressing hole like this but one technique is :
1) Drill an oversized hole, perhaps 1/8" larger.
2) Fill hole completely with epoxy
3) When the epoxy has completely cured, redrill the hole to the hole size needed. This should leave about 1/16" epoxy ring inside, protecting the wood inside the pin.

All of this is done before mounting, so CLC may have recommended something different.
