Are these two different thoughts? Or are you thinking about trying to run an AC unit through an inverter?

No, That was the idea....

I didnt took a final decision yet about the AC.

The TD is heavyly insulated.... (I Think)
...and the Cabin has about 35 sq/ft. (130 cu/ft)

The AC I saw is 600W (~50-55A continious 12v) total power at Maximum
setting (Combined Fan+Compressor). It's also rated for 150 sq/ft.... (1200 cu/ft Assuming a 8' ceiling)

IMO, Running it only 3-4 minutes when needed cant be worse than a Minn Kota Fishing/MotorGuide Motor. (I guess... correct me if im wrong)
Does anyone runs a 120V AC over his(her) Inverter successfully??
What battery type, how many of them, which kind of inv etc have you?...

If going the 6,000BTU AC way, my bigger issue would be more about the localisation...
There's no way I could install one on the rear of the trailer. (Even if small)
The only possibility would be thru the cabinet on front... (but I only have 10" depth available)
I wont cut on Sleeping Area.... And dont want a ugly cut square on front of TD.
I think I'm pretty screwed anyway with the positionning...

Back to the project :
My Configuration under counter top should be :

On the left:

3 Drawer (15"½ wide facade)

In the Middle (15" Wide)
Lower compartment: Battery (or Bank, Battery switch, Charging Relay.
Upper compartment: Fuse Block, Ground Bus, 120V Source Relay (Inv/Ext), 25A Intelligent Charger, Fuse ANL 250A.

On the Right: 26" Wide
1800W Inverter on top upside down (Fixed under Countertop)
26" wide, Cooler Tray. (Or Future Fridge)

I realized that the rear of the cabin has enlaged at the extreme end of it.....
Its 56"5/8 (It should be 56"1/2). I realized that when installing the counter top...

After some adjustement it looks good now... ;)

Since Inverter or Charger will produce heat (but never at the same time) both will be set in the same compartment.
I'm thinking about having a second small vent in the counter top too.
Also, the 120V Source Automatic Relay will be place behind the intelligent Charger.
