I have a 55 tonne hydraulic press at work, I bought the bender attachments for it as well..... bit of a pain to change over from punch to bender but I had a fair bit of sheet metal work to do for the trailer so it was the effort.

playing around with some of the fiddly stuff, mounting tail lights, reversing flood lights and trims to storage areas.
Even though the battery is lying on its side in the photo (and AGM batteries can be mounted anyway you like) it will be sitting up properly when installed... just wanted to see my solar panel working since it was a nice sunny day, so quickly wired it in.

I rebuilt my rear hatch, wasn't happy with the first attempt. Partially shinned, and hurricane hinge installed.

I think someone on here asked about my underfloor storage area. This is a shot from the back on one side. Water tank in the middle. I extends about 2/3 of the length. At the front of the trailer the storage area goes the full width separated from this back section.

closer view of the door trims and seal. The lip is on the inside of the wall, seal is recessed into the door. I ended up using the table top trim on both door and frame.

rear doors fitted, the lower door on the left is clad in stainless steel and becomes part of the kitchen bench when open.
