me and my buddy stood on the middle beam, together putting 300kg, aka 660 lb (or just shy of) on it and we gave it a little bounce and was solid, so pretty happy :) should be nice and solid! and kinda heavy maybe

That side wall looks good. It looks like you have all the mounting points for cabinets etc covered. Main thing is that anything you want to screw to the walls have something solid behind them. We have found that if we are likely to get any condensation on the inner walls it is where we haven't cut the ply out.

I take it from the line between the recesses for the roof beams that they will be sitting on top of the 4' sheet, with packers between. We did the with ours, it gave as a little bit more head room inside. The only thing is that you need to allow for the extra height on the exterior cladding. We used 1.5 m wide ACL and used the off cuts for drawer fronts.

Thanks guys :) i obviously didnt do much of it haha but it does look good, and i'm very happy with it!

To cheat a bit more, i managed to get someone to cut up some more plywood with his table saw for all of the galley bits and bobs, so i can get started on that soon!
