Hi Everyone
Thanks Cliff and Thomas
Well I pulled of working on the trailer Thursday to get ready to build this temporary 24 x 12 x 12 enclosure so that I can take the roof off the trailer that I installed in the shop move the trailer out of the shop and into this Temp building and reinstall it for finishing.
Last Sunday I ordered 80 2x4x12 PT studs from the big orange box store they came Monday I spent Tuesday and Wednesday getting everything cut to size and stacked so that when my wife’s uncle and his son came Thursday all we would have to do is start nailing man I love Nail Guns. They pulled in the drive way at 10:00 AM and at 5:00 PM they were on their way home I still have to install the lag bolts around the bottom plates and remove the two 2x4’s that we used to keep the walls apart and square. I was going to order one of those garage-in-a- box but the biggest I could get was 20Lx12Wx12H but it only had an 8’ door and I would have to build three 2’ walls to sit it on so I could get the trailer out after I installed the roof plus they wanted $599.99 for it on sale. I only have $500.00 total in this temp building and when I done building the trailer I plan on taking it apart and using the studs to close in the wall supporting the lean-to and the back wall;
ah but now you are saying to yourself why didn’t he just close in the lean-to wall to start with, well after doing the calculations it would have taken $800.00 with the siding I would have had to install now and taken three days to complete. Here are a few pics of the building and some new ones of the trailer.
It took me 4 1/2 hours to bend and glue up this small section of 3/16th plywood everytime I would turn the screw s on the clamps I just knew it was going to split but it didn't. I now have all the clamps and supports off and it hasn't popped off the rafters yet.
