Yes, that's who our doors came through as well.
Working around home today. Looked at the weather forecast earlier in the week and decided it may be a bit damp today for mowing at the fert works :rainy: so got stuck in and crammed all of todays work into the last couple of days. It is not too bad so far today, but looking north, the hills on the other side of the swamp (where the swamp marlin live), are starting to look pretty wet, and it is heading this way.

Worked on the tongue box and mounts today, also trial fitted the doors.
Also looking at lining the inside with this product, I think it will look quite nice, http://www.wovenbamboo.co.nz/woven-bamb ... 24_26.html
we are looking at the WB panel, last one on page. $62 a sheet, 2.440x1.220.
Chose to go with a slightly larger tongue box so we can store, battery, gas bottle (3kg), cooker and odds and sods, like jack etc.
Well back to it.

That bamboo ply could be ok. Do you know how flexible it is to go around the front curve? Out of the options that was the one I picked as well, but I would like to see it as a full sheet, as in the confinement of the interior of the TD it could be a bit busy and give the impression of a much smaller place.
I bet you were excited when the doors arrived.
That box is a good size you should get plenty in to that, gust be conscious of the amount of weight. If you put your battery in there, don't forget to have it well ventilated.
You are coming along well :applause:

From my dealings with woven bamboo it's fairly springy and I'd recommend using the 2mm and even with that I'd check the bendiness of it first

To all, I have a sample, and the 3mm 5ply is as bendy as I require for the curve.
I have since found an Auckland supplier at $49.50 per sheet plus delivery.
The bamboo pattern is quite small on the sheet, so it shouldn't get to busy.

Frank, what would be the best and water-proof way to vent the box,

I would probably create a separate area in the box sealed off from the rest of the box to stop the fumes getting to the other area. Put air vents at the top and drains at the bottom.

Or something like the the little black ones (I think they have other colours) we have in the side walls each side of the galley. We got them from Burnsco.

Air circulation for the 12v chiller when the hatch is shut.

Ahhhh. I was going to put my fridge in the galley but decided against it as it would mean to many compromises to my layout.
I got a new Waco icebox the otherday that's 24 liters and my old Waco the same that's 13 for the galley and my fridge will go on slides on the drawbar over the top of the batteries at this stage
