Andrew remember when you asked me if the door held its shape when I cut it out?

Note the two cables are under tension.
I did finish sanding the body, no it is not perfect, but close enough for this trip.

I worked more on the floor.

Fiberglass would be an ideal material to make a permanent fix of this - pull the wires a bit tighter than normal to allow for a little spring-back and then laminate over a couple of ribs to fix the shape.

Fit a front plate between the two ribs and there's the magazine rack you always intended to fit to the trailer.....

Magazine rack   . I hoping this fix will last till spring. Then insulate and cover the void completely.

Thanks del

Today I woke up all excited because I was ready to put primer on the body, not to be, ####### wind. So i went out and worked on my subaru. It now has a new fuel filter, and is wired (mostly) for electric brakes, and charging. About 4:30 the wind died down, so after dinner I worked on the floor, for as long as I could stand the cold. Like my concrete gravity clamp?

Although I did not accomplish what I wanted to, I did work that was required for my trip.

The build was alot more than I bargained for, if nobody was watching, I would have thrown in the towel long ago. So thanks for watching, and keeping me on the path I started.
