Another Harbor Freight build

Im building a teardrop that will be the Traditional 4x8. Here are some pics of what I have so far and some road blocks.

I plan on using Pinto bubble windows on the doors. I bought some on ebay. Also I plan on using the door hinge kit I posted a pic of. They are the 54 dollar set on ebay. Any one used them?

On the template I posted I deleted my friends kids from the photo because I dont like posting pics of people without their consent.

Thank you for the kind words guys.

Today I got my floor holes drilled for mounting to the frame. I counterbored where needed.

There is a lip on the frame of the trailer where the sides are higher then the other parts. Should I shim? What do you guys think?

Things are moving right along. I will have my floor secured tomorrow. I will start undercoating soon after.

Last night I bolted the floor down with a couple homebrews. Today I got the thing undercoated. Happy with the Progress. Can't wait for sunday when I start putting the walls up!

Yes I am very excited about those windows. I am actually a big fan of the old pinto wagons. Part of the reason I had to have a pair of these windows!

Got the interior floor cut, sanded, mounted, foamed holes, and just as i was done the postman came with my bubble windows! Nothing exciting so no new pics. This thing is really going to come together in the next few days!!!!!!
