Set up an account online for free with a 3rd party hosting site (I use photobucket for my stuff).
Upload from your computer to the site.
Click on each picture, individually, and you will have a menu at the top of each one. On the left are 5 colored links, on the right there are 4 gray scale links. In my browser, the gray scale one on the left (looks like two chain links) will open a dialog menu. Click on it and a dialog menu opens. The bottom link is the one youe want.
Click on the bottom link and it will automatically copy into your mouse.
Once you have a message going to post in your thread, right-button click in the thread where you want to image and (paste from the menu which opens) it will paste where the cursor is blinking.
There will be a string of text starting with . Get rid of it and just leave the string which starts with

. You will have to backspace or delete the out which is at the end of this long string of text.
This is the actual image. While it seems like a virtual PITA, it's pretty easy once you've run through it a few different times.
Best, waiting to see some pictures!
