5x td build

Hello my name is Chris and this is my new build thread for my 5x8 teardrop which is loosly styled along the lines of the Oregon trail r tds.
So far I have been busy welding up the frame and have been constructing the axle today. I am from New Zealand by the way

Did some more work on the frame today. Axle all finished and bolted up to springs. Just need tyres and bolt on the coupling and it's a rolling chassis.

So here is an update. Have not been able to do much as was recently diagnosed with a major illness but back to it now.
Just done a full coat of rust arrest primer and ready for final coat soon, then I will start running the electrical cables.

Hello Chris,
Looks like you are off to a great start. I am looking forward to watching your build come together. I am new here as well and about to start on my own once the weather co-operates.

Sorry to hear about your illness, but don't let it get you down. We can overcome anything that stands in our way with perseverance.
