That's coming together nicely. There's a lot of truth to your remark about just needing more time and money. Mine is "finished" and I could still use more of both

Being retired means I can work on the trailer every day , and have been ... Sure will be nice to get it done so I can return to a more normal life and a little rest... This 7 days a week stuff sure is tiring , especially in this Heat ... :o

Showed the wife the Mini Galley wall , it’s only a 24” wide (countertop) , I told her I could move it to provide a 48” wide counter/shelves, but she liked the smaller areas... So that’s good !!! More “living" area in the cabin ...

We’ll be off to Vinnie’s early to get that wood cut ...The door blank is made up of 3 sections glued together , with the Gripper ... and it’s dry and holding well ... We used packing tape to temporarily hold the Blu foam together... packing tape wouldn’t stick to the bead board at all ... but sticks fine to the extruded foam ...

Just remembered Monday is the new band night , had to clean the Studio up (those gazillion foam bits) so people could enter... decided to temporarily store the materials in the trailer itself :o ... Not a bad storage trailer eh ? :D

It's going to be pretty interesting to see how well insulated the shell is with all the foam. I was able to maintain room temperature in mine at about freezing outside using just a propane lantern...and that's just 1" foam.
I suspect that with 5k of a/c you'll be able to hang meat in there - not so much a trailer as a reefer !

Do you think you'll need any circ fans to move the air around ?
With the a/c mounted so low, wouldn't stratification be a problem ? I know that mounting is normal for TD's but they've got a lot less volume than the FS.
Or you could go with handmaidens holding ostrich feather fans to fit with the 'Jeannie's bottle' interior

Thinking it should be pretty insulated (3.5” ) ... the wife likes it COLD ... <72F At that point , so acclimated to the Heat , I’m looking for a sweater ... :o Thinking of some small clip on fans , maybe not needed , but I like a little breeze... Stratification, this one’s so big , I might have to worry about rain storms developing inside ...

The handmaidens idea works for me ... 8) Don’t know how it will fly with the Domina’ ... :NC

Got back from Vinnies’ ... got the wood cut for the door  ... The last of the major woodworking ... pretty much ...

Mary , by the time the band got here , the Studio was all cleaned up ... but as much as was vacuumed , I’m still finding little bits of Foam dust Everywhere... :frightened:
The drummer is new , the rest of us are Old .... Just a bunch of aging rockers , reliving our youth ... or what we can remember of it (so long ago ) :D

Now that the place is clean , we plan on dirtying it up some more today ... making that door ... Still awaiting the AC and windows before we can cover it , but once we get the door done , we can start by covering the back end ...That’s the start of it anyway ... Hope to make a video of the gravity plumb cutting with the hot wire bow .... so easy and always a Nice straight cut ...
And it’s supposed to rain today ... again ... Rains every day now ...just our normal summer weather pattern .... not the best time of year to be building ... outside ...
