Change of plans

Cut the panels out and monkeyed around with kerfing the 2" scrap. That's going to be a nightmare. Switching back to using 2 layers of 3/4", and will try and use a heat gun instead of kerfing. I'll be putting on some spars, as I'm going to need some hard points for attaching hangers and whatnot anyway.
My trailer is about 75 miles away from here, and I'm not exactly sure the distance from the front to the fenders, so I'll pre-canvas (1 coat Gripper to glue on canvas, then another to fill in the weave a bit, then cut out the doors once I get a proper measurement. I think it's about 42" from the front of the trailer to the fender, and that doesn't give me much room for a 30" door, so I'll likely glue some 1/4 laun around the interior of the proposed door area before canvassing. I'm only going to have about 6" of foam near from the top corner of the door to the front radious'd part of the trailer, and that's not giving me a warm fuzzy.
I'm way overthinking this
