I just put together my second 1720lb model, but its all the same. It should come with Nyloc nuts. When you are tightening the bolts, just be sure to take diagonal measurements to make sure the frame is "square". Theres a little slop in the bolt holes to allow for tweaking it.
Also, if you haven't already thought about doing the
tongue extension modification, I'd highly recommend it. Makes a tremendous difference when backing up. Its also A LOT easier to do before the teardrop is built.
And definitely clean out the bearings and use a good grease. I use Valvoline Dura-blend and it seems to work great. No bearing problems so far, and I got a lot of use out of my last trailer.
