Eagle , this whole trailer business is just Crazy !!! Sad we have to Force a business to actually supply what they advertise ...

The poor young guy they stuck handling this has been most apologetic and seems ernest in his intent to provide the trailer ... from his description , all orders have to go through “corporate “ , and they were off in Vegas , for a week ... " What The (your word here )â€

Well, I certainly hope that trailer does show up... I have personally decided to boycott HF stores from this point forward. Their total lack of responsiveness should warrant their going out of business. I cannot imagine owning my own business and treating customers this poorly.

Of course if HF does go out of business as they so richly deserve, they will blame it on the economy, not on their poor customer service.

Fingers are crossed and I'm hoping that it arrives but.... but if it were me, I'd buy (brew) a couple of cases worth of beer in exchange for welding up a simple frame. I almost forgot you've got five extra frames sitting around so at least there's a Plan B.

This is the text book definition of "...a good customer."

I used to think about supervisors and lower level management the same way...It takes a lot of patience to properly train them so they'll be worthwhile...

I don’t recall Anybody else having this much trouble buying a HF trailer ever before ...

The rep told me the trailers are Not flying off the shelves ... Well Duh !!!! No wonder ... Nobody is going to buy a trailer on sale and then pay almost half again as much for shipping ... Looks like they’re padding the shipping bill to make up for the sale price ...

yeah i am not so sure i would still be getting this trailer. the only way it would be me, is if it is free, or i was only paying the shipping. i mean it would have to be a great monetary savings for me to continue doing business with them.

i don't deal with tractor supply because of this same issue.

Eagle , after searching the trailer suppliers around here , the HF is still the best "bang for the buck" ... Similar local trailers here are 3 or 4 times the price ... and for basically the same thing ... Thrifty sometimes requires great PATIENCE ...
The thing I don’t quite understand is why they don’t stock them in all the stores ... some do, some don’t ...

i know. but even if they don't stock them, they should beable to order them. that is what boggles my mind, why can they NOT order them to be delivered to the store?

that was the problem with tractor supply, they would not even order it for me.

anyway i went with northern, not that that saved me anything. i probably ordered mine the only time of the year it wasn't on sale.
