There's been a lot of good back and forth about what HF should or should not be doing about their trailer. In my mind, here is the bottom line... If you want to succeed in business, you give the customer what he or she wants, at a reasonable price and with reasonable terms and time for delivery.

Thus far, it seems HF has failed at all of that. I choose to only do business with those companies that would appreciate my business and my dollars. I may cost me more sometimes, but I would rather support a business that would treat me fairly and with respect than I would support one where I can save a little money but get treated like dirt.

GPW, I hope that trailer shows up soon, but I certainly would have lost patience long ago.

Mel , old people (like me) are usually pretty Impatient ... Realizing our time is finite , we want it NOW!!!

All this has been like a Zen test of my patience and persistence ...

The only way Iâ€™ve survived was probably because of my Skinflint and Curmudgeonly nature ...

Lots of projects always going on here , so plenty to keep my mind off how screwed up HF is .... But (the qualifier) they can semi-sorta' redeem themselves by providing me a trailer on Thursday ...

Yep that would work..........but most people don't want to pay for something that a store is suppose to stock and won't for what ever reason.

I tried to order it at the store ... they said â€œ you have to go online for that â€œ ... Seems they just didnâ€™t want to bother .... grrrr!!!!
