I'm thinking it may be too much flat frontal surface for the foam to withstand the force of wind; but I'm sure if somebody put their mind to it, it could be re-enforced to make it work. My initial thought was running spars the length of the trailer (pinned in place with dowels) to tie every thing together.
The window frame was just a bit of additional whimsy. Figured it could be carved out of foam and glued in place over a stationary window.
Any body got any other off the wall ideas they want to share?
