Hopefully the weather will cooperate this year. Last year it rained due to a tropical system. I still had a good time, even wet, camping there and it's is a very pretty park. Even if it rains I will still be there. I'll just be wetter on the inside from all the alcohol  and Ross (enter subliminal message here ICE COLD BEER) I will see you on Thursday (ICE COLD BEER) night when you and Carla get there (RUSSIAN ROULETTES) maybe we can get some (LIVER DAMAGE) fishing in early (GOOD TIME) Friday morning (ICE COLD BEER) what do you say

Hey Ira are you going to be ready in time for this one????
Cracker39 and Steve see you guys there

WOW...they sure are filling up fast. I just checked again and there are only 10 left in the Coquina loop for that weekend. There were nearly 20 when I made my reservation yesterday. I hope some of those taken were by our members.

I wondered about the beer as the FL state park has rules against alcoholic beverages. Are they that strict? Or are you just careful?

How's the fishing there Woody? I presume you meant surf fishing. Now that you mentioned it, I'll bring a rod or two. I haven't surf fished in over 5 years. The bluefish should be here by then. If I thought I could catch one, I'd bring my mustard sauce and cook some on the grill. Now, that's good eatin'.

Well yes all Florida State Parks have rules pertaining to alcoholic beverages. If you don't get out of hand or disturb the peace with it they don't say nothing. You don't abuse their system and they pretty much leave you alone. If you don't believe people drink in state parks all you have to do is look in any trash can there and they are slammed with empty beer bottles and cans

The fishing I heard was good, surf and otherwise, I didn't have a chance last year because of the weather. So I will try to fish this time also.

Checked this morning and I think there is only a couple spots left in the Coquina loop for that weekend. Lots of spots still available in the rest of the campground though.

better hurry.

I've been watching the posts and think only 5 have posted as going so far. Others may have reserved but not posted their site number. I still see 10 sites available in the Coquina Loop, same as a week ago, unless ReserveAmerica isn't updating their site properly.
