The license plate is California.
Looks to be less than 4 foot wide (what is the width of a California license plate?)
The roof appears to be rubber / dpm.
The clock face appears to be a print or poster rather than a working clock, but I could be mistaken about that: Gives new meaning to "Teardrop Time." The door window has a poster that reads "Woodie Gold." The window frames are from those realtively inexpensive wall clocks, maybe even a curbside trash or Goodwill find.
Looks to be a sleeper only - no detectable hatch or galley.
Nice details on the running lights, tongue box, lift handle and fenders (plastic?), but no apparent tongue jack.
Hopefully that is just road grime on the wood and not mildew or stain.
