The other curve looks like it might be tougher to do. It's higher up and therefore harder to reach and it looks like it might be a tighter curve. I look forward to seeing how that one is worked on and comes out! I do hope you'll post pictures.

Even though you've had no noticeable delamination, I think I would get some epoxy or something on that outside curve of the plywood fairly soon as I can't help but think that moistening and curling it has weakened the wooden filaments some.
