Congratulations. Beautiful work. You proved me wrong. You can bend 7/32" ply to tight radii. Thank you for sharing your technique.

The other curve looks like it might be tougher to do. It's higher up and therefore harder to reach and it looks like it might be a tighter curve. I look forward to seeing how that one is worked on and comes out! I do hope you'll post pictures.

Even though you've had no noticeable delamination, I think I would get some epoxy or something on that outside curve of the plywood fairly soon as I can't help but think that moistening and curling it has weakened the wooden filaments some. :thinking:
