Here near Liverpool in England its been around 2*c (35.6F) during the day and upto -5*c (23F) during the night with a slight bit of fog. it's supposed to go even colder during the weekend to around -15*c.(5F)

We do everything in Celsius here,

My daughter lives in London...and she says it has been dreadful there. My heart goes out to you.

But here in Philadelphia, PA it was 72, and sunny today (Monday)....and its supposed to get better as the week goes on.

Lovely spring day, high in the 80s, overcast, everything is green and lovely and blooming--just grateful that we are having a normal April. Normal is mostly warmish, some nippy days here and there when fronts are moving through, some thunderstorms. The bluebonnets have not been quite as spectacular as in the past, but still nice. Long-range forecast is a dryer than normal summer, but we'll deal with that when it gets here.

Warm Up Already!!!!!!!! Normally the garden is well underway, I have bought my new baby chickens, and the mower tuned up and ready to go. This sucks. (other than we need the moisture sooo bad.

Today was the most perfectly beautiful day I have seen in many months. Around 80 degrees and sunny. We went for a bike ride, turned off the furnace, and threw open the windows and aired out the house. It was glorious.

Well, two days ago it was 79 and we were at Galveston Island State Park but this evening it is supposed to be 34 with a high on Monday of 54. Ya gotta love Texas.

And another swing today! Balmy yesterday evening and the high for today was 69 degrees at about 6:30am; snow in the Panhandle. The cold front just came through and it is cold (well, Texas cold--in the high 40s) with lovely, lovely rain. I have relatives who ranch and the saying is, "A new calf and a good rain are always welcome."

Slo, are you there? Weather.com shows 7 degrees with a high of 41. Springtime in the Rockies!

I now work an hour south of my home. Left work last night at 11:30. Got home at about 2:00! The roads were awful!!! It's going to be worse for today's commute.

I've said it before, I'll say it again. Global Warming my @ss!!

It is a big country like yours so there are many parts where the weather would let you do that. The top end is tropical and is always warm.
I live on the south coast and apart from three months of winter, June, July and August it is pretty good. Even our winter is mild down here. No snow. Some parts of Australia get snow but they are few and far between.

Forecast here today is 72 degrees with a light shower, very still outside, we are well into autumn. Time is 0714 and the temp outside is 65.

I live in Idaho, USA. When I woke up this morning it had snowed over night. I climbed back into bed. If the boss needs me at work he knows how to find me. No calls so far still a bunch of snow on the ground at 10 am. I believe it was back in 1999 that the worst blizzard of the winter hit on April 15th. Shut down a lot of southern Idaho for a couple of days. One of the sheep ranchers had a semi of sheep slid off the road and turn over. And a bus full of college musical group rear ended a semi and nearly killed a few. I did not see the bus but I did happen to see the trailer they hit. It was messed up good.
