Gage: David doesn't know if the axle is above or below the springs.
The day we got the trailer, it was already above 100 degrees by 10am in Vista, CA.

Fortunately the trailer was located closer to the coast, so it wasn't quite as hot. They had to make a run to HF to get temporary back lights as the trailer's lights didn't seem to be working and put the spare tire on as one of the tires they couldn't get air into. In that heat it was enough work just to get the trailer towable. The co-worker giving my sister-in-law the trailer couldn't have been nicer, first giving her the trailer for free, then bringing out cold sodas & giving us some lunch too. She was sorry to see the trailer go, but was happy that her husband was going to be thrilled to see an empty driveway.
Once we got back to David's brother's house I snapped a couple of quick photos before they parked it.
Mike: Sorry no inside photos yet. Yes it will be tight inside. Where the windows are in the back, is the table/bed space. That part is all torn out and just an empty space. The little front space is where what's left of the kitchen and a little closet. The kitchen has a small cooler-refrigerator, sink & stove top with poor quality cabinets. The whole inside has a musty mildrewy smell.
If two people are to sleep in the trailer, the bed will need some sort of fold out extension into the "door area" going up to the kitchen cabinets, because the way the space is right now there isn't even 48" for the bed, more like 41". Going to the cabinets would give it about a 5ft. wide bed.
