Got the paneling installed today. Looking to start on the countertop and kitchen cabinets next week. All in all its coming together pretty well. You can also see the CNC router I'm building in the picture.

I need to pass several coax cables through the trailer. I have a TV anteena, wifi antenna, and a 4G antenna. I really dont want to drill a hole in the roof. Does anyone have a good idea how to do this? I know some will say you don't need this stuff in your camper but when I get back from Korea I'm going to attempt to run a part time business out of this trailer with my CNC machine and an Internet connection is a must. I have to go with external antennas because for some reason, the signals don't like to pass through the walls.

Pass the cables through the side, leaving enough "extra" cable on the outside to form a "J" with the loop lower than the cable entering the trailer......this provides a drip channel outside and lower then the hole (which needs to be well-siliconed)......

You could also use some external connections like these:

This would also allow you to disconnect while underway, in case you would want to.

Got some work done on the bed today. Got an 8inch thick memory foam mattress from amazon. Wanted to be able to easily move bed and break it down depending on what I wanted to haul. Used vertical E-track so I can adjust the height as needed. Used ball lock push pins to secure to E-track. Everything else is simple wood joinery.

3/4 base for the mattress. Used a piano hinge so i could fold up the plywood and make it easier to handle when i need to move it. Tomorrow i will mill some of my rough sawn oak down and make some nice smooth edging boards for the sides of the bed. It will look nice and eliminate any splinters.

Here's the finished product with the bed. Everything is functional and stained. All i need now are some bed sheets. I'm gonna get one of those pass through for the coax. Since i cant make up my mind on where i want to mount it, i think i will just make a magnetic bracket i can attach to the side when i set up camp. who knows, maybe it will just stay that way. Going to start on the kitchen countertop today.
