After lurking for ever on here I'm getting closer to talking the plunge and building a TT, I keep noticing mention of a design library, but can't find it. Help please!

Take your cursor up to the royal blue top of the screen and hover the cursor over the words: Design Resources. A pull-down menu will appear. Click on the one entitled Design Library. Enjoy.
