Folks!
The thing that most concerns me when thinking bout teardrop trailers is door construction, has anyone one decent step by step tutorial?

Built mine a few month ago,
They turned out ok in the end, but with cost for parts, fitting and seals hinges etc, I wish id just bought some ready made ones to be honest.
I just did 3/4 plywood with alu skin, 2 horsebox door hinges, horsebox latches and T Molding. I used 'arrowhead' weather stripping from Wooleys Trim (down south somewhere)
