70 mpg at 70 mph car

What teardrop would you recommend for this little car......funny !!!
Today I was doing 60 mph and one of these with 2 guys passed me like I was sitting still.

At 33.5 HP and a curb weight of 1400 lbs, I think maybe a nice imaginary teardrop would be the most practical

It is a Chinese made Snyder and has a motorcycle registration, note the center light is the headlight. I wonder if this has the same problem as the Robin Reliant (tips over easily ). http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4wa5NDO6knY

Who would want to drive that "death trap" 70 mph? Something tells me a Chinese built car is not safe at any speed.
