Travel Trim 11.5" square roof vent

Does anyone know where I could buy a square Travel Trim roof vent? The one I am hoping to replace is pretty brittle and I fear it may leak. The outside dimensions are 11.5 and it is not electric...just the crank kind. I have looked online, but am coming up empty.
