Hello from the PNW

Postby cindir » Sat May 18, 2013 10:34 am

Hi all, my name is Cindi and I am from Vancouver, Washington. I found this site through a friend of mine and have been lurking for a good six months. I went to the Fall Brigade last year in Mulino, OR to ask teardrop owners a bunch of questions before buying one this past February. I have put a lot of elbow grease into some renovations on it and will be taking it on its maiden voyage here in a couple of weeks at a glamping event at Stubbs State Park in Oregon. I am enjoying combing through the posts, learning new things. I may have some pictures to post in a couple of weeks...

Thanks...I have wanted a teardrop for a loooong time...got some good information last fall in Mulino and purchased a used one in February. I've replaced some things, added some things and started making the trailer "mine". Mostly, I have cleaned and painted, sanded and polished. It will be fun for me to meet others...I am thinking all of you are a gold mine of information!

Welcome. I am new to the teardrop world as well...picked up my new teardrop in April - first trip this weekend with my kids. Very excited. I didn't have to do renovation, but I have spent a significant amount of time prepping. I wish the weather would be warmer this weekend - figures that a cold front would move through to dampen things up.
