Thanks Mel !!! The only problem so far is I’m doing it all by myself ... having to prop things up , square it off, clamp this , hold that ...I even screwed rib #1 to the loft wall and ran a plumb line ... With two people (the wife is Useless , Polish girl !

) It would have been on the trailer already

... The skeleton is just a too awkward to move by myself , it really doesn’t weigh that much , just @ 10’ long it’s cumbersome for one ... two people , no problem !
Toughest part was moving around those OSB sheets ... Pretty HEAVY stuff ...

Old muscles still recovering from that day I can tell you ...

But that will keep most of the weight low on the trailer , low center of gravity ... since my trailer is a little taller than wide

...I dare say the floor (OSB @ 3 sheets 3/4” thick, plus the (6 ) 2X4s ) weighs
More than the rest of the skeleton plus foam combined ...

WAG, 195# just the OSB ... based on 2.5#/ sq.ft. and floor area Trailer and floor are already likely around 600# (guesstimating )... Luckily the shell/cabin will be much lighter ... Still shooting for < 1000# ...

Ps. the wife is going for the Futon/pillow idea , like the pics posted earlier

... Likely making them myself out of what ever’s on sale at the fabric store ... That and we have a ton of little decorative pillows gathered over the years , so we can use those as a comfort supplement , propping up old parts that need more support ..

And if that doesn’t work , the “Her Grace” will go shopping ... as usual ...
