"Golden State Teardrop" for sale

We have decided to sell our teardrop. I built it in 2008 and have used it less than 10 times. With an almost 5 year old and another on the way, it's just getting too small for us. It is currently registered and insured in CA. It has a queen size bed, I'm 6'4" and it fits me well. If anyone has any questions, let me know. The current price is $9,700 OBO.
