Coleman Stirling Power Cooler

I was at the Coleman outlet store today and saw this cooler on sale. It was around $250, (which is still expensive) but I thought it was interesting because it could freeze. I'm guessing that it uses less power than a Peltier style cooler, but I'm unsure because I can't find specs on them.

Does anyone have any experience with this type of cooler?

Check out this video on the Stirling Power system. you see a cooler in the background. I don't think they were out for sale in 2008 but i think they are coming into play now 5 years later.

Stirling Cooler by Twinbird Corporation

For $250 that was probably just the Chiller style they had for years.

Update. Well I did find it was out for sale in 2007 but now looks like it is no longer available.
