I'm just curious of how far from ground to frame rails is yours off the ground.

the bargain trailer is sitting 21" off the ground  muuuch higher than I was originally thinking ours would be but i can't complain, lots of ground clearance 8)

22" from bottom of frame to ground.

Then there's a foot of storage drawers with a 4 foot cabin on top of that.

We definitely don't look over the top of this tear. Almost 7' tall!!

Good ground clearance, but will need to make the tongue jack removable.
We've bent it 4 or 5 times already going thru creeks/dips,

All 3 of my teardrops, installed on a Harbor Freight trailer frame, measure 17 1/2 inches from the ground to the bottom of the frame. However, since my trailers are so light, I flip the axle and remove all but one of the leaves in the springs. No problem with ground clearance so far, after 10 years. I never haul it down a rock-strewn, dry creek bed, so my off-roading consists of only the 20 feet onto the grass, when I am backing into a campsite.
