The teardrop I am getting has just a standard extension cord connection. As a surf the web on RV parks I see they have 30 amp and a lot of 50 amp plug in... so does that mean I need to get an adaptor ?

If so is there a place on line I can order from?

They sell the adapter at Wal-Mart for under $6. Get it no matter what. It's cheap insurance. It saved me once when the 15 Amp plug didn't work. I used the adapter and didn't have to change campsites.

Look at this thread http://www.tnttt.com/viewtopic.php?f=30&t=55385; I too have the extension cord primary, but I see the possibility of needing the adapters, so now I'm ready. Be Prepared!

All of the power pedestals I have encounter in camp grounds have 20A conventional plug. If you do get an adapter get the 30A a 50 A is 220AC.
