I just did one layer on the hatch. Thinking the aluminum skin will stiffen it up? The wood i used was 5.4mm luan i used wet towels on the bends and it bent well.

I think im going to run one sheet. Going to see how the hatch feels with the insulation in. Im planning on using .062 Aluminum over everything.

It's pretty thick that's what's on my side walls. I had to cut it with a jig saw tin snips would of took forever. I'm happy with the results though.

Hmmm i going to say just in wood, wire, my lights, glue, and screws. Roughly 1200-1500 i think. I didnt keep track of it very good. But i have been holding off on buying the expensive stuff. Trim, gaskets, windows, door latches, waterpump, water fill tube, exterior shower mount, fuse block...... My wife is going to kill me.

Also had to trim that driver fender from touching the body and paint it. Getting a bluesea fuse block out of my dads hummer that he doesnt use. Guess Im going to start on the upper galley cabinets. Think I am going to do sliding doors soo i dont have to move stuff of the table top to get to stuff.

Well no progress on the trailer but our last day of low 90's (suppose to be 115 friday) did some exploring.
One of the best day trips very remote but no one has screwed with things much!
